Free Delivery– Shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Usually arrives within 2 – 3 days of postage

Royal Mail 1st Class – Upgrade to 1st class. Usually arrives within 1 working day of postage.

Royal Mail 48 Tracked – Shipped by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Full tracking available from the My Account section and usually arrives 48 hours after posting.

Next Day Courier Delivery – A mix of carriers are used depending on where in the UK the item is being sent. This will usually be via DHL, Royal Mail 24, Parcel Force or TNT with next day delivery.

Orders are usually despatched within 1- 2 business days. If your order is placed before 7PM it will usually be posted or with the courier the next day. Orders made after this time will usually be posted a day later.

You can track your order from the ‘My Account’ section of the site. You will usually find a tracking number / link but you may instead receive those details via e-mail depending on which courier is used.

If 1st or 2nd class is used, only very limited tracking is available to you and to us. Once a parcel leaves us, tracking is down to the courier (usually Royal Mail).

While we will always do our best to help you track down a parcel we ask that you ensure the correct address is used at checkout and if tracking is important to you, select an option at checkout with tracking available.

We only deliver to the UK postcodes at this time. If you have a UK postcode but do not get the option to select shipping, please contact us.

VAT is included in the prices you see on our product listings and you will see a breakdown of VAT upon checkout. There are no additional import fees as our stock is always shipped from within the UK.

We’re sure you will love your purchase but we accept returns of unopened, unwanted items within 14 days of you receiving your order. 

Return shipping will be at your own cost. Refunds minus the original shipping cost (if a method other than free shipping was used) will be issued within 5 working days of us receiving the item back from you.

If an item arrived damaged or if there was a problem with your order please contact us within 14 days so we can start the returns process.

Stripe – A widely used payment gateway used to securely process card payments. Accepts all major debit / credit cards.

Klarna – Buy now, Pay in 30 days.


Split your purchase into 3 monthly payments for orders over £50

This is an interest free short term credit arrangement handled by Klarna.

Clearpay – Split the cost of your purchase over 4 interest free fortnightly instalments. Applicable to orders over £25

Gunpla Points are awarded for most purchases on the site and can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases.

Your Gunpla Points expire 4 months after they are earned so be sure to use them up in time!
