Orders and Shipping
Free Delivery– shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class and insured against loss or damage up to the value of £20. Usually arrives within 2 – 3 days of postage
Royal Mail 1st Class – Upgrade to 1st class for £2 per item. Insured up to £20. Usually arrives within 1 working day of postage.
Full Insurance + Tracking – Shipped by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Recommended for items worth more than £20. Full tracking available from the My Account section and arrives 48 hours after posting.
Next Day Courier Delivery – A mix of carriers are used depending on where in the UK the item is being sent. This will usually be via DHL, Parcel Force or TNT with next day delivery.
Orders are dispatched within 1- 2 business days. If your order is placed before 8PM it will usually be posted or with the courier the next day. Orders made after this time will be posted a day later.
You can track your order from the ‘My Account’ section of the site. You will usually find a tracking number / link but you may instead receive those details via e-mail depending on which courier is used.
We only deliver to the UK postcodes at this time. If you have a UK postcode but do not get the option to select shipping, please contact us.
VAT is included in the prices you see on our product listings and you will see a breakdown of VAT upon checkout. There are no additional import fees as our stock is always shipped from within the UK.
We accept returns of damaged items within 14 days of you receiving your order. Pictures of the damage must be supplied. Minor cosmetic damage to the products box is not considered damage but our kits are well packaged so this shouldn’t be a problem. Only damage which affects the appearance or function of the actual product will be considered damaged. Please be aware that free shipping only includes protection of up to £20. It is advised that you opt for full insurance if your order is worth more than £20.
In the case of evidenced damage a refund of up to £20 will be provided where additional insurance was not purchased. A full refund will be provided where shipping with full insurance was selected.
Unwanted items may be returned but return shipping will be at your own cost. Refunds minus the original shipping cost (if a method other than free shipping was used) will be issued within 5 working days of us receiving the item back from you.
